Strength & Conditioning with Clint Greenshields

We have been very fortunate to secure the services of local rugby league great Clint Greenshileds. Clint has been working with our participants working on strength, mobility and conditioning.

Clint is a former NRL player and grew up in Sawtell.

Here is a brief profile on Clint

Born 11th January, 1982 He is a former France international rugby league footballer who played as a fullback for the St George Illawarra Dragons and the North Queensland Cowboys in the NRL, and for the Catalans Dragons in the Super League.

A former Sawtell resident, Greenshields attended Toormina High School, he competed every year in the Robbie MacKinnon Cup against other local schools of the Coffs Harbour district. His junior club was the Sawtell Panthers JRLFC.

We are extremely greatful for Clint’s contribution and his volunteer hours working with RISE participants.
